Roles and Responsibilities of a Customer Support Executive (BPO/KPO):
- To escalate the queries of the customer via Chats and Calls.
- Resolve the Customer issue for International Customer
- To provide the best resolution to the customers.
- Maintain the better relationship with the customers.
- Meet the customers requirements and provide them satisfaction with the best resolution of their queries
Key Skills:
The candidates with excellent spoken English, good communication skills. Fresher and experienced both can apply.
- Qualification: Fresh candidate / Experienced / Any Graduate / Any under Graduate /Candidate from any Stream with good command over the English
- Working Days: 5 days working
- Job Timings: Multiple Shift Options
- Job Location: S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad.
- Experience: 1 year or fresher if he/she is really good to perform task. International voice process: 1 year (Preferred)
- Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
- Salary: ₹15,000.00 to ₹35,000.00 /month – Varies based on experience and interview
