Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and post targeted content on LinkedIn (professional updates, hiring posts, industry insights) and Instagram (reels, stories for engagement).
- Create compelling blogs on recruitment trends, tech careers, and company achievements.
- Manage audience engagement, respond to interactions, and foster community growth.
- Produce on-camera videos and reels for hiring campaigns, showcasing opportunities and culture.
- Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and support lead generation.
- Leverage AI tools for assistance managing Social Media
- Analyze performance metrics, incorporate SEO best practices, and refine strategies to support lead generation.
Qualifications:
- Strong writing skills for professional LinkedIn posts and blogs; creative flair for Instagram reels.
- Confidence in on-camera work (videos, reels) with clear communication.
- Basic knowledge of SEO (keywords, meta tags) to enhance content discoverability.
- Familiarity with content tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.); basic analytics knowledge a plus.
- Passion for recruitment/tech sector; 0-2 years experience sufficient.
